Express services for time-critical PCB projects

For time-critical projects, Storz offers clearly defined express services and short lead times. Samples and printed circuit boards can be realised from as little as 3 working days, with ENIG surface finishes available from 6 working days.

Reliable delivery times are also a key focus in series production. Standard delivery times are 15 working days, with free delivery within Germany. Clear commitments and coordinated procedures help ensure that deadlines are met and projects can be implemented predictably.

Complaints management and 8D processes

Quality is demonstrated not only in standard operation, but also in the way complaints are handled. Our PCB complaints management follows clearly defined and transparent processes based on the 8D standard.
